halter dress with a shrug?
so, i have this summer event which is outdoors and i will be wearing a halter dress which is like red and white.. so i dont like to show too much skin and plus i might get a sun burn so i want to wear like a shrug or a jacket or something... i want it to be comfy but stylish adn cute at the same time.. but i dont know where to get it or wat kind to get??
