Bathing Swimming Suit

Sports swimming is one sport that is in the water. Swimming is usually race in sporting events such as the Asean Games, Sea Games, Olympics, etc... In the race, and there are rules that must be obeyed sports pool by swimmers, for example style pool that is used, the distance that must be taken during the race, and so forth.

Swimming Sports Rules

Sports swimming can be done with some kind of style pool, which is freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke. In each of these styles are swimming rules that must be addressed:

* In the race swimming freestyle, butterfly, and breaststroke, swimmers start the race by taking a position on the starting blocks. His position is bow body and knees slightly bent.

* For the backstroke, the race begins with taking a position in the water. Body position facing the pool wall, while the two hands holding the handle of the iron contained in the starting blocks.

* The referee in charge to begin calling the swimmers starts using the long whistle. This means that the swimmers have to go up onto the block start and the game is ready to begin.

* Start will be declared invalid if one of his swimmers jumped into the pool cue precedes a given referee, and the start will be repeated again.

* If the referee rang the shot from a gun, then that means the race has begun.

* For swimsuits, there is a list of brands and types of swimsuits are allowed to use in the race for agreements FRI (International Swimming Federation). Clothing that is allowed is swimming cap and goggles and were not allowed to use a bathing suit or a tool that can affect the speed of swimming.

* In the race swimming races there are numbers that are distinguished on the basis of mileage, four swimming styles, and the number of pools based on gender.
